Nicoise Salad (Ahi tuna loin, tomatoes, new potatoes, French beans, quail eggs, anchovies, black olive vinaigrette)
Crunchy and delicious, our Nicoise salad consists of fresh tuna loin and crunchy French beans. Tangy tomatoes, anchovies and black olive vinaigrette add a lovely flavor to the greens.

Caesar Salad (Romaine lettuce, Cajun chicken, bacon bits, garlic croutons, grated Parmigiano Reggiano, anchovy dressing)
Our Ceasar salad has a twist – anchovy dressing – that adds additional oomph! Plus, it comes topped with precious Parmigiano Reggiano.

Greek Salad (Lettuce crisps, tomatoes, onions, capsicum, olives, feta cheese crumble, red wine vinaigrette)
The combination of feta cheese and red wine vinaigrette is simply stunning, with distinct salty and tangy flavors. Onions and capsicums add additional bite.

Beetroot and Apple Salad (Toasted walnut, quince marmalade, pommel, mesclun leaves, Chardonnay vinaigrette)
Looking for a meal that’s chockfull of vitamins? Our beetroot and apple salad comes with sweet quince marmalade, tangy chardonnay vinaigrette and pomelo bits.

 Char-Grilled Portobello Mushroom (Baby mozzarella, arugula, semi-dried tomatoes, parmesan slivers, aged balsamic vinaigrette)
There’s nothing better than the combination of arugula, baby mozzarella and tomatoes. Capri by Fraser’s version of this dish comes with Parmesan and balsamic. Yum!
