The June school holidays are finally here, Singapore! We’re celebrating the break with these top family-friendly, must-visit attractions on our sunny isle.

#1: S.E.A Aquarium

The S.E.A Aquarium, located within Resorts World Sentosa, is a fantastic place for both fun and learning for the kids. You’ll see over 800 species of marine animals, including manta rays and sharks. The aquarium is open daily, from 10am – 7pm. Admission is $38 for adults and $28 for kids (4 – 12 years old).

#2: Universal Studios Singapore

A trip to USS is a full-day affair. Kids can look forward to the famous Transformers 3D ride and other attractions such as Revenge of the Mummy, Madagascar: A Crate Adventure. USS operates from 10am to 7pm daily. A one day pass for adults is $74 and $54 for kids (4 – 12 years old).

#3: Gardens by the Bay

One of the most beautiful attractions in Singapore, Gardens by the Bay spans 101 hectares and is home to 380,000 plant species. Admission starts from $12 for adults and $8 for kids (3 – 12 years old).

#4: Wave House Sentosa

Wave House is a beachfront attraction that allows for surfing and body-boarding. There are two main facilities within the compound, the FlowRider and FlowBarrel, for beginners and pros respectively. It’s open daily from 10am to 11pm and rides start from $30 on the FlowRider and $40 on the FlowBarrel.

#5: Singapore Zoo & Night Safari

The Singapore Zoological Gardens spans 26 hectares and is home to over 2,800 animals and over 300 species. It’s also the home to the world’s first free-ranging orang utan habitat in a zoo. The Night Safari spans 35 hectares and is home to 2,500 animals and 130 species, of which 38% are threatened.
